It seemed they’d be staying the night after all.

They took a taxi, travelling along the dark coast of the Sea of Japan to their inn.

The inn was traditional, with rooms overlooking the sea. Sitting in the wicker chairs by the window, looking out, Kagura noticed Zero bringing over a cup of green tea, freshly poured. The mild sweetness spread through Kagura’s mouth, soothing the chill inside.

“The Sea of Japan has its own unique feel,” Zero murmured, sitting down in the wicker chair across from him, looking out.

“Winter is just around the corner.”

Kagura chuckled at the memory.

“Haruka-nee kept going on and on during our family trip to the Noto Peninsula about how the Sea of Japan in winter looked grey, rough, and frightening.”

“There’s definitely something there that triggers a survival instinct,” Zero replied.

Indeed, fear is a feeling rooted in the instinct for self-preservation.

Zero continued, his left lip curling slightly.

“If you stop feeling fear, it’s over.”

It meant that an essential function for survival had broken.

Kagura suddenly thought of Renjou’s fearless fighting style.

“Renjou seems to have lost the ability to be afraid.”

“...Or, maybe he’s actually incredibly afraid,” Zero suggested, sipping his green tea with a softened expression.

“Well, either way, it’s clear something’s broken.”

Dinner was served in the room. As they savoured the rich, fatty teriyaki of cold-season yellowtail and a whole snow crab, the melancholy mood gradually lifted.

After the meal, they soaked in the private open-air bath attached to the room.

With a sake cup floating in a tub, Kagura took a sip, gazing at the rough waves on the night sea, their crests illuminated by the moonlight.

He noticed Zero’s gaze on him, a slightly tipsy look in his eyes.

“It feels just like an ordinary trip.”

As he spoke with a slight laugh, Zero drifted to his right, as if carried by the water, and their bare upper arms touched.

“It’s a luxury.”

“You mean the trip?”

“No, spending idle time with you, Jinya.”

“…”

Spending idle time with Zero—something that their relationship didn’t strictly require—was indeed a luxury.

Instead of voicing agreement, Kagura shifted his weight slightly onto the spot where their arms touched.

Then, he felt a tremble pass through Zero’s arm.

“What’s this? So cute,” Zero said with a smile.

Kagura shot a sidelong glare at Zero, who was still laughing, and pulled away.

“I’m just cold.”

“Sure, sure, cold.”

Still chuckling, Zero wrapped an arm around his shoulders, pulled him close, and looked into his face. He then pressed their lips together. Zero’s tongue briefly slipped inside, tasting him, brushing along his inner mouth.

“Inside, it’s plenty warm.”

Zero’s eyes gleamed with a bluish tint in the whites, reminiscent of a nocturnal predator.

With one hand holding Kagura’s shoulder, Zero let the other slide along his inner thigh. Annoyed at the thought of Zero feeling he was in control, Kagura deliberately parted his legs in the water.

Zero’s fingers stretched as they slipped between his legs, sinking into the flesh with their tips, lifting his hips with the buoyancy.

A middle finger pressed between.

“...Ah.”

As Zero’s sturdy fingers tangled in Kagura’s softened, wet hair, he let out a sigh, a faint sound escaping him, tinged with sweetness even to his own ears.

“This part’s very warm too,” Zero whispered, pressing deeper and stirring his fingers inside.

“It’s because of the sake.”

“...Right, right,” Zero replied, in a teasing tone, though his voice had a hint of roughness to it. Sensing the trace of male desire, Kagura clenched around Zero’s fingers. They pressed into a sensitive spot, sending a shiver through Kagura’s body.

As Kagura’s hips instinctively moved forward to escape the overwhelming sensation, Zero took the opportunity to lift his right hand firmly. The arm that had been wrapped around Kagura’s shoulder slid away.

Kagura nearly flipped onto his back in the bath, quickly bracing himself with both hands on the floor of the tub.

“Hey, what are you doing…ah…”

A feeling like his body was being stirred from within kept him from gathering his strength, leaving him floating.

Zero shifted between Kagura’s legs.

As if putting on a show for Zero, Kagura’s dick emerged above the water, long, engorged, and flushed with a deep red at the tip, pointing toward the sky.

“I’ll have to warm this part up too.”

With those words, Zero took a sip of the sake floating in the bath, and before swallowing, took Kagura’s dick into his mouth entirely.

“Ah…ah…”

An intense sensation, as if alcohol were poured on a wound, followed by a burning heat that spread through his length.

“Stop—it’s too…intense…”

Supporting himself with only one hand, Kagura tried to grab Zero’s bangs to lift his face, but he was fully engulfed in the hot, slick interior. At the same time, Zero increased the number of fingers inside him to three, pressing and rubbing against the tense muscles within.

Heat had now ignited throughout Kagura’s entire body.

The cold night air, with its scent of salt, couldn’t cool the heat in his cheeks.

Zero’s full, firm lips moved up and down along the arching shaft, enveloping the sensitive underside with his tongue, rubbing it slickly.

Kagura, with his chest and abdomen muscles trembling just above the water, placed both hands back on the tub floor, hooking his fingers into the stone tiles, lips quivering.

He was reaching his limit.

“Don’t dirty the bath,” he warned, his voice strained with frustration. Zero looked up with a small smile at the corner of his eye and gently bit down around the rim of the head, holding it in place while his tongue flicked at the slit, his motions forceful and raw, like a starving beast gnawing at its prey.

“A…ah…”

The long shaft, exposed to the air, pulsed with pronounced veins, writhing.

Suddenly, Zero sucked tightly at the head, heating the length to the core as it started to throb from base to tip.

Kagura furrowed his brows, feeling his muscles contract, the slick interior gripping tightly around Zero’s fingers.

As he had warned, Zero didn’t spill a drop into the bath, drawing all of Kagura’s release into his mouth, swallowing it with a loud gulp.

The three fingers withdrew from between his legs, pushed out by the internal pressure.

Even as his hips sank back into the water, there was an ache deep within that hadn’t dissipated. Although climaxing should have been the end point, he found himself feeling unsatisfied, a mix of frustration and embarrassment settling over him.

“Fooling around in an open-air bath…we’re getting carried away,” he muttered, attempting to get out of the water with a grumpy expression. But his legs still tingled from the pleasure, lacking strength. Using the rocks around the bath for leverage, he finally managed to stand.

However, before he could get out, Zero grabbed his waist from behind and pulled him back. He was forced onto his knees, with Zero holding his hips in place.

“Hey—enough already,” he snapped, his eyes widening as Zero pressed his dick insistently between his legs.

He braced his hands against the hard muscles of the man draped over him, trying to push him back, but his softened body yielded as his asshole began to open, surrendering to Zero’s insistent movements.

“Ah…ah…ah…”

Each thrust drove a sound from him, his voice again tinged with sweetness. He covered his mouth with his hand, muffling the noises.

“Mm…”

As something hard pushed in deeper, with an almost forceful twist toward the end, a sense of fullness blossomed from deep in his abdomen. Not wanting to admit he’d been seeking this, Kagura shook his head.

Zero gently pried Kagura’s hand away from his mouth, whispering near his ear.

“Don’t worry. I won’t dirty the bath—I’ll put it all inside.”

“Ah…ah…”

Both of Kagura’s hands were grabbed by Zero’s, pinning them against the rocks at the edge.

His entire back was enveloped by Zero’s muscular body, and his inner walls trembled. Although from the pit of his stomach upward he was exposed to the cold, biting wind, his insides—and the part of Zero within him—were heated and throbbing intensely.

As his consciousness began to fade, Kagura lowered his upper body further.

With his temple pressed against the rocks, he glanced at Zero out of the corner of his eye.

“I…I…”

“Hm?”

“I’m going to…dirty the bath…”

There was a moment’s pause as Zero processed what Kagura was saying.

Zero looked down at him with narrowed, intense eyes.

“Let me know when it’s close.”

Zero’s hands held Kagura’s tightly, fingers warming his as the water splashed around them. Zero’s hips slammed against his, drawing a sound from Kagura.

“Ah, ng…!”

With each deep thrust, Kagura’s back shivered.

Zero’s thick tip rubbed roughly against Kagura’s inner walls, from deep within to the shallow entrance, before plunging back in.

The resistance of the water slowed their movements, making them heavier, so Kagura’s insides opened up even further to allow him in deeper.

The delayed rhythm was tantalising, and Kagura’s inner muscles squirmed with impatience.

As Zero withdrew to just the tip, Kagura’s insides clung tightly to the ridge, unwilling to let go, making his lower belly pulse with need to be filled again.

“Stop…being so…gentle…”

In a growling voice, Kagura grumbled, pushing his hips back to meet Zero’s. Once filled, he wetted his parted lips with his tongue.

Zero’s breath, rough and unsteady, brushed against his ear as he asked, “Do you want it harder?”

Without words, Kagura’s inner walls tightened, pleading to be taken more roughly.

Zero began to move with renewed force, cutting through the water’s resistance. Kagura’s hips fell into sync, shifting back to take him in deeper and forward as he withdrew. Their rhythm gradually aligned.

“Jinya…you’re…amazing…”

The water splashed violently, breaking against the rocks at the edge.

“Ah…ah…ah…ah…”

Kagura was at his limit. Turning his head, he conveyed his desperation with a strained expression.

“I’m…close…”

The sudden withdrawal of Zero’s dick sent shivers throughout his entire body. Kagura was guided to sit on the rocks, and as soon as Zero’s mouth took in his tip, he released, almost simultaneously. His legs trembled uncontrollably.

His core felt completely drained.

“Hah…hah…”

While Kagura panted, Zero grabbed his waist firmly, pulling him back into the water with a loud splash.

“Hey…ah…”

He was seated facing Zero, who sat cross-legged, and Zero’s dick pushed deeply into him, settling into the trembling inner walls still spasming with aftershocks.

Kagura’s eyes wandered.

As he entered, Zero’s dick writhed inside him, releasing hot fluid.

The sound of Zero’s groans, a mix of pleasure and strain, echoed in Kagura’s mind.

Fully seated on Zero’s lap, Kagura rested his chin on Zero’s broad shoulder.

The stars in the sky seemed to tremble slightly, probably from the shared quivers of their bodies.

"This… is too much. I'm going to lose it."

To try to disperse the overwhelming sensation he didn’t know how to handle, Kagura bit down firmly on Zero’s ear.
