The thought of having a needle pushed through his skin made his muscles tense in anticipation of sharp pain.

Tasuku picked up a cotton swab and brought one of the tubes’ openings close to its tip. He applied a gel-like substance onto the swab. And then—

Realising exactly where Tasuku was planning to pierce, Kairi's body trembled with fear.

As he clumsily tried to sit up, Tasuku grabbed the end of the cotton swab. Kairi’s genitals pointed stiffly toward the ceiling, as though he were erect. Slowly, the swab was withdrawn. The surface anaesthetic must have started working because the physical pain was minimal. But just watching the process made Kairi’s skin crawl.

Kairi sank his shoulder blades into the bed, arching his hips into the air. When the swab finally popped out with a soft ‘plop’, his hips collapsed back onto the bed.

Tasuku held the needle in his hand, now coated with some sort of ointment.

Kairi tried to escape. But his hands were bound to his neck, and the clothes around his thighs restrained his legs. As he struggled, his dick was gripped tightly.

“If you thrash around, you’ll just end up getting cut inside,” Tasuku warned.

Trembling, Kairi nervously looked down at his lower body—and gasped sharply.

At the tip of his dick, which Tasuku held steady, a needle was still lodged in place. It had been inserted through his urethra and had pierced through to the underside of his glans. The sight was so grotesque that Kairi's vision blurred.

“It’s just the needle for now,” Tasuku explained calmly. “Next, I’ll use an insertion pin to enlarge the piercing hole, and then I’ll attach the ring.”

As he spoke, Tasuku shifted the hand that had been wrapped around Kairi's shoulder and slipped his index finger under Kairi’s chin, lifting his face.

In Kairi’s dazed shock, something soft and warm pressed against his lips.

Tasuku’s lips gently brushed over his own, pressing and kissing repeatedly. Then, Tasuku lightly bit Kairi’s upper and lower lips.

“Stick out your tongue,” Tasuku whispered.

Desperate to forget the horrifying situation happening down below, Kairi obeyed his brother’s words.

He clumsily stuck out his tongue from between his lips, and Tasuku did the same. Their tongues touched, softly rubbing against one another and pushing as if they were seeking more.

“Mm... mmm...”

Saliva dripped from Kairi’s parted lips down to his chin.

Kairi, unable to bear the frustrating slowness of their hovering tongues, moved first. Without fully realising what he was doing, he wrapped his restrained fingers around Tasuku’s jaw, capturing him. He slid his tongue over his brother’s, slipping it into Tasuku’s mouth.

Kairi let out a surprised noise deep in his throat. That muffled sound only fueled Tasuku’s lust and made him cum.

He drowned in the act of thrusting his tongue into the warm, moist space of Tasuku’s mouth... even as blood from the needle-pierced wound trickled down his shaft like a thin red thread.
